Sometimes an Angel can be a little boy!

Kenny Garland, our dear classmate, went to be with the Lord at 4:00 a.m. on October 30. 

Our incredibly generous classmate Pat Allen and Kenny's sister Betty were with him holding his hands.  Pat and Bobby Campbell and Kenny's family (two sisters, two brothers and a 100 year-old mother in addition to other extended family members) have been at his bedside for many months.  A number of our classmates as well as many of Kenny's friends have visited him during his stays at St. Francis Hospital and the Villages at Southern Hills. 

Services will be on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. at Mobley Dodson Funeral Home in Sand Springs. Burial following at the cemetery in Sand Springs and all are welcome.  The  Funeral Home is at 211 E. Broadway, Sand Springs.

I would like to have email thoughts about how Kenny has blessed your life. If any of you wish to speak at the Service, please contact me by this afternoon, Wednesday, October 30.  I might just open it up for words of appreciation like we did at Suellen Owen’s Service.  Let us celebrate the life of one of our finest classmates on Friday, November 1.
